Definition
For the purpose of this Privacy Policy:

RealBiomes collects information about You when You:
You make a purchase of a RealBiomes product, either through the Website or through a third-party website.

RealBiomes collect information and content that you submit through the Website which include, for example, sign up for a newsletter, when you provide feedback or when you participate in any interactive features, surveys, etc.
III - For what purpose is it collected?
RealBiomes does not collect your Personal Data for commercial purposes. However, RealBiomes may notify you, only by email, of the release of products, updates or news.
RealBiomes may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To manage your Account and to manage your requests to RealBiomes;

Subject to the above:
User identification data is kept for a period of five (5) years from the last contact with the user;
For the management of the request of right on your Personal Data, your Personal Data is kept for a period of one (1) year;
In order to ensure the proper functioning and ongoing improvement of the Website and its services, the raw traffic data associated with and identifier is kept for a period of thirteen (13) months. After this period, it is deleted or anonymized.

Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
If you are a California resident You have the right to request information from RealBiomes regarding the manner in which RealBiomes shares certain categories of your personal information with third parties, for the third parties direct marketing purposes.
VI - How do you excercise your rights?
If you have logged into the Website and/or created an account, RealBiomes provides you the opportunity to exercise your rights (listed above). You can do this by sending email to: business@realbiomes.com.
California law provides that you have the right to submit a request to RealBiomes at its designated address or by email and receive the following information:
The categories of information RealBiomes disclosed to third parties for the third parties direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year; and
The names and addresses of third parties that received such information, or if the nature of their business cannot be determined from the name, then examples of the products or services marketed. You are entitled to receive a copy of this information in standardized format and the information will not be specific to you individually.
